Only our consultation fees / services fees may be refunded as per our policy. No refund of other third party service providers including hosting, CRM, AI tools, advertisement expenses, manpower etc.

Digital business consultation:
Once you pay your order will be in on hold for the previous orders. You can claim refund beyond 60 days if you don’t get any emails. Once any plan get started and if you want refund then only 50% refund will be generated before uploading your any single image, SEO description, content & product. Post that no refund will be provided. All payment gateway charges must be paid by the clients. All the Themes will be as per the demos you have chosen and selected. Once selected you can’t change the themes. For high price themes you must pay the theme price of your own. For any changes you must also pay the fees as per the themes and time to change all the information.
For others there is no refund.
Once you place order and you want refund before the order is sent for approval then you can ask 100% refund in 24 before starting any projects.
